I'm Suzanne
Hi, I'm Suzanne, an Internal Family Systems(IFS) coach, psychotherapist and long-time meditator. And yes, I have gone through many difficult challenges over the years. I have also witnessed the pain we all carry in many other women I have worked with.
Though I wouldn't wish this on anyone, I can now see how those times of grief and difficulty were opportunities for deep growth and transformation. Believe it or not, I am now grateful to those moments of pain--they brought me to being who I am today. I now can see pain as a signal that something has to change, whether I like it or not.
I'm passionate about using meditation and IFS to help others get to their own place of inner healing, security and connection. I'm here to guide you every step of the way to self-discovery.Â
